This natural raffia is perfect for making your own woven or stitched baskets, you can use it to core-fill for crochet, or basket weaving on it’s own.

I dye my raffia using natural kitchen scraps and natural dye techniques. This creates a beautiful colour range that can’t be replicated, and combines harmoniously together.

Current colours are: Rich greeny-blues, Earthy brown, yellow, soft pinks and gentle purples. I send an assortment of colours more than 300g weight + a bundle of undyed raffia (to use as the core of your basket making).

*I am listing these are a very reasonable price. Hand dyeing raffia is a long process involving days of dyeing and tending the colours - but my aim for my creative practice and my online shop is to allow others to create and make for themselves.

WANT TO LEARN How to Basket Weave? Check out my online course here, where I share step-by-step how to basket stitch your own beautiful pieces, as well as how to dye raffia using kitchen supplies.
